This is great 25 minute class if you want to quickly energize yourself. We being sitting to take a moment to centre, then we make our way onto our feet. We practice a strengthening Warrior pose and make some flowing movements, 'dancing' on the wave of the breath. This class will help you to ground and find your strength but leave you feeling soft and relaxed.
