Beginning with the grounding energy of Ganesha Mudra, this practice invites you to explore the sensitivity of your touch as a pathway to steadier, more supported movement. Through slow, intentional transitions, we’ll awaken the expressive potential of the shoulders – moving toward various arm binds and shapes that require both mobility and strength.
Two blocks required.

Thank you, David, this is an amazing practice for shoulder mobility, but actually very useful for the whole body, and working on balance. The variations are very useful for different levels of practice or just day-to-day difference in form. Will come back to this practice for sure.
