A lovely complement to your moving before travelling class. Dynamic stretching is where it's at, I loved the flying pigeons. I didn't want to get all pumped up before bedtime, so I did it the next morning, but now I know: I could have also done it in the late evening. Even lovelier with props - blocks for the hip and hamstring stretching, a blanket for the knees. Many thanks Marcel.

This felt really good. My head screamed “No“ to starting my day in a squat but the body discovered it was OK. The explanation of why we were doing it really helped. 🙏🏻❤️
