A slow flow with music to support you in moving stuck energy. It begins lying on the back to get gently moving then it gets going with some rolling around the floor and hip opening. From there, we'll do a little kneeling sequence to fire up the quadriceps and shoulders before shifting to a few more dynamic waves of standing poses with flows. Finally, we practice some back bending and shoulder stand before a little Savasana to integrate and feel the new flow of energy.
