This uplifting morning Vinyasa flow is designed to gently awaken your body and bring ease and mobility to your hips. We will begin with soft movements to release stiffness from sleep, before flowing into Sun Salutations with Kneeling lunges to open the front of the hips. We will then explore postures including Prasarita Padottanasana, Lizard Pose and Malasana, all designed to create spaciousness in the lower body and cultivate stability through a deep connection with the ground. The practice will close with a guided centring moment, so you can step into your day feeling focused and empowered. Props (optional): two blocks.
