Working with the movements of the spine by waving through variations, this sequence is another one from Julie that allows you to release through the lower back down to the hamstrings and up to the upper spine too.  Kneeling and standing variations of waving Cat/Cow will give power in the front and back of the spine and help you find the elasticity in the pelvis - particularly the psoas/hip flexors.  This hour-long class will get you mobile and strong, yet feeling like your spine is free!

As much as I love all your classes this just might be my favorite! It had all my favorite Julie moves such as circular cobras and octopus. Just as I was missing something for the inner thigh, you cued a surfer squat. My body has been feeling so stuck with all this stationary quarantine life so this class was a lifesaver. Finished it off with a longer savasana and some releasing tremoring (TRE). Bliss!

Very nice sensation in my spine through this flow. Felt awake and ready to start the day. Got a bit lost in some flow so...but got back on track easly!! Hi Julie...an honour to be the first one to comment! A lovely class in these very difficult times. I feel calmer though in some flows I got totally lost and with little space it was a nice challenge.
