Enjoyed as always - could you let me know what needs to be strengthened in order to go from flat to squat?(beginning of class) I can do this if I cross right leg in front of left but not other way round - suspect one side is weaker than other - anyway - no rush but would be useful to know thanks

Hi Catherine. It's hip flexibility and core strength to do it slowly. If you practice holding a squat everyday it will come. You can try doing it with a bit more momentum initially which will help. Squats also help you build leg strength. Thanks for this question 😊
