Thank you for this sequence Marlene. I like your "intelligent edge" idea. Nice progressive approach. Parsvottanasana on left side? Maybe a quad stretch or two before the peak pose?
Marlene31.10.2014
HI Rick, i looked at the video and you are right, parsvottanasana is missing on left leg. I think its because we had a cut there, or I have forgot to do the pose on the left side. thanks so much for letting me know, i will ask to addit it.

Thank you very much for this wonderful guidance into the split pose! I'm almost there!

Sitting high on my blanket and blocks, I was not nearly able to come all the way down into split pose. But the rewarding opening feeling afterwards is wonderful. Thank you for reminding me to listen to my body!

Hanumanasana is one of my favorite poses even though I can't get anywhere near the floor! This class is great because it's slow-paced enough that I can do it in the evening without it keeping me awake.

I will do this in like 300 years!! Ha ha ha!

Great class. I used to be able to do the splits when I was young, and will use this class to build back up to it. Thank you so much. X

I was used to do this pose as a dancer by now my hamstrings, my 6 deep rotators and my gluteal muscles are tight and this pose has become quite impossible to face for me. So I really enjoyed this vinyasa krama and I'm going to keep on practicing! Thanks :) Giulia R. Vinyasa TT Yagoy
