In this 30 minute flow we start sitting, bringing the attention inward, becoming mindful of the breath and anchoring the mind in the breath. This class opens your body, with an emphasis on the spine to allow for more fluidity and flexibility in your back. Afterwards you will feel more present, open and revitalised.

Just Intuitevly selected this class this evening, while my husband took my 9 week old baby for a walk. It was just what I needed!!Correcting my shoulder and back ache from the breastfeeding 'hunched' position and allowing me to reconnect with my inner self. Thank you.

I have taken this class every morning for 6 days. I will continue to do it..... its perfect for getting back into my body after an abdominal hysterectomy (with some post op complications) 3 months ago. I've also been rehabbing a torn supraspinatus for a year, and this gentle mindful flow has given me more movement through my shoulder girdle in 6 days than I've had since the accident and many hrs of physio! I have adapted one of the poses as it gives a stretch through the anterior shoulder. At the beginning of the week I could barely stand it, now I have more movement and it feels good. LOVE IT!!
