Thank you for helping me understand more of the chakras. While exhaling with batriska I found it difficult to keep the bandas locked, it seems to me natural to release them during the exhalation

Hello Viviane, After the bhastrika sequence; inhale deeply, then mula- and jalandharabandha. In my view these two bandha's are held during exhalation, then released. However, explore for yourself what works and suits best for you at this moment in time. All the best

Thank you, Olav Aarts! I really enjoyed the gradual build up and opening of the front midsection to soften and bring attention to the Manipura chakra. I feel like my Manipura chakra is located right in my solar plexus so the floor twist was great.
