Thanks for this Gael. Yes it's good to challenge ourselves against intuition too sometimes. So I'm glad you stayed on! Thank YOU

WOW!! Amazing challenging flow!! Great sequence and so well guided but I am dripping sweat for this hotter weather. But I truly enjoyed providing me in this session to be more aware in the moment and getting me a good mindset for a rest of the day. Thank you David🙏🙏😍😍💃🏻

Aaaa yes this is most definitely a sweaty one :) Glad to hear the effects of this practice transcend the mat and into the rest of your day Neny!

This moving meditation produced a great feeling of being connected to the earth. I think that this is extremely important during these uncertain times. Placed into favorites. Thank you David!

I love these flows! They are challenging without being dangerous- I feel like I can explore the edges of my flexibility in a safe way, and customize along the way. Also really enjoy the casual incorporation of inversions and standing balances, having them as steps along the way prevent me from over thinking things and trust my body more. Thank you!
David20.10.2020
I'm so glad Cassie. Yes it's important to be able to explore safely so that we can explore move bravely :) Enjoy!

Jo, I'm so glad to hear you discovered new places within your body and your movement language!

Excellent practice, thank you. I've memorized the other three and do them frequently, this fourth one completes the "elemental" set. Internalizing them gives me a screen-free practice (which I really like, it can be challenging to get into a moving-meditative state when looking at prompts etc). There is something martial arts about the flows, like "soft katas" (no striking etc), and cultivate a quiet and focused state. It's also fun to try and find the element in each one: moving like air, flowing like water, rolling like a fire (this was a tricky one, I picture how a flame can roll around and shift from side-to-side on a burning log) , or grounding to the earth. Really fine movement, five stars.
David02.08.2020
Wow I'm really glad. This really was my intention when I filmed this series. It becomes such a meditation when the flows become memories within the bodymind. That is when we start dancing with the elements as you've expressed. Keep dancing on!!
