Thank you Mackenzie, this was great :) just one question, i felt a huge difference between one side and the other, both in clam and bridge w/extended leg. One side i felt nothing at all, i could keep going forever... Do you suppose it means I am doing the exercise wrong (engagin other body parts to do the work) OR does it mean that side is much stronger? so should i do more on that side or not. Difficult to answer just like that, I know and i'm sorry, but I had no idea I was SO asymmetrical :) much love and thank you once again xxx

Hi Caterina, MacKenzie is on a break so I'll answer. Hard to say of course, fact is we are never quite symmetrical, and sometimes the asymmetry is worse. Can be a bit of an imbalance on the weaker side. The way to strengthen the weaker side is to start with the strong side, do what yo do, then switch to the weaker side and do the same, but take rest in between repetitions to not overdo or force the body. So you do the same, but with all the rest in between that you need to finish it. In time it'll balance more. Hope that makes sense.

Hi MacKenzie, great class for the old Gluteus Maximus :-) I had forgotten about the Clam which I used to do regularly......! I can always rely on you to remind me of something important in every session......! Ouch, ouch to the little bridge sequence - I definitely felt the burn there!!!! Tks as always, Cathy XXX

My hips and gluteus muscles do feel warm and mobile - although I think they might be complaining tomorrow. ;) Amazing how such tiny movements can be so effective, I will be coming back to this one again! Thank you Mackenzie!
