This is still one of my favourite classes. I have tennis elbow (a different elbow injury to the one I had a year ago when I first did this class) and anjali mudra feels like a good therapeutic position for me, so as well as being a lovely, challenging and fun class it also feels like its helping my elbow too. Thank you again Sandra.

That was wonderful, thank you. I've hurt my elbow so have been trying to avoid down dog and chaturanga for the last week but it's hard to find a class without them. I've also got stiff shoulders so this class was totally perfect for me. When I lay down in savasana my chest felt so wide open and cavernous, like I had no ribs, it was a glorious feeling. Thank you Sandra.

Thank you Sandra, a great class! Once again Ekhart yoga delivers exactly what is needed, in every aspect. An exciting and new way to practice well known poses, perfect for me now as I have a troubled shoulder and need to go easy on the dogs and the chaturangas :-) Will repeat!

This practice was tough, but it put such a smile on my face. You cracked me up before going into that very last forward fold. Thanks for keeping the Light of the Heart light of heart. :)

I've hurt my shoulder so struggling to do anything other than yin yoga at the moment. This class was PERFECT. I always know I'm in safe hands with you <3 Loved the image of breath leaving the body but light filling it. Thank you lots xx

Some challenging poses here and really got the breath pumping through the chest so feel calm and energised at same time- will put in my 'wrist free' playlist but it is also much more thanks

Hi Catherine, it makes me so happy to see a "golden oldie" work for people! Thank you! Good to know it is also suited for wrist free yoga! Love 💕

Great class. It really got me thinking about the importance of keeping the heart open in poses where I would normally not think about that. Challenging in some places but that's because I was doing poses with a completely new and different mindset. Thank you.
