This energising short class blends strength and mobility to help you feel taller, lighter and more open. We will begin with dynamic spinal rotations and lunges to awaken the entire body, before moving into bridges with arm work to strengthen the posterior chain. With ankle weights, we will explore playful but challenging abdominal sequences, including leg circles, twists and curls, that leave the core feeling deeply engaged. The practice closes with a back-body activation and lengthening stretches so you can finish both strong and refreshed. 
Props: ankle weights and light weights (1-3 kg)

While it is a nice workout, it is also much too fast, the movement and the talking. Now, after the class my body feels nicely worked, but my mind is all over the place because of all the hectic. I don't think I'll repeat it, which is a pity because I'd love a few more classes with weights.
