Lets get a bit wild for wildthing

HI Amber, best thing for now is to not do to much poses which include wait bearing on the arm poses and writs. Thing is to have more pressure to the floor from the ball of the fingers and less wait on the writs. This means you need to shift wait from the writs to the ball of the hand and placing your shoulder a tiny before the writs. this could make a difference.

nice to hear you like this pose, its one of my favorite pose too. the vinyasa krama [ build up, steps towards ] is very importend, It is what makes going into this pose more accessible.

Love love love the pose.It used to be my favorite until I started to have problems with my right wrist. (due to having a little baby girl and everything that comes with it) Do you have any tips for painful wrists? My right wrist is very sensitive and I could not lean on it during the pose. Thanks
