Irina—thank you for this lovely class. Encircling my closed fist with my other hand was a powerful and enlightening way to learn a new way to support myself in a period of stress, anxiety, fear,…instead of pressuring myself to “let go” of those emotions. I think this should be known as the “Irina mudra”. Thank you again,…I’m grateful to you for providing this wonderful class.
