The lady herself says: "the combination of movements and poses help me to get my energy moving and I feel great afterwards!" From the number of times many of you have repeated this practice, it seems like you agree!


Kundalini energy is the conscious energy that operates within us. This energy is ready to be awakened and when it does, we can fulfil our fullest potential. In this class you will be guided through a series of movements and longer-held poses that aim to open your body so the kundalini energy can move more freely in your body. If you feel blockages or experience resistance, this is part of clearing the pathways - so when you feel them come up, it's a good thing! With Utkatasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana, Urdhva Mukha Svanasana, Akarna Dhanurasana and more.

Beautiful, inspiring, energizing class, Sandra. Thank You. I enjoyed doing it outside today with the wind blowing a bit. Several times as we were looking up during the practice I saw hawks rising above the trees in the skies and felt my kundalini energy rising with them. Hi Sandra, I have done this class long ago...but this time, I feel much more free and elongated, feel my resistances have gone letting the energy flowing and enjoying my all body...what a reward. I am glad I did revisit this class.

Sandra this was lovely! The flow energy circulating in my body just fantastic! Feel awake to start the day. The breathing at the end helped me to release tensions, inhale trough the front and exhale through the back of the spine. I became aware of that tension in my left hip (groins). Very much interesting for me! It is a journey your classes for me! Namaste

Hi Sandra! I loved the kundalini -- especially your comments about reaching your full potential. I am losing strength slowly because of my Parkinson's, so it was a real struggle and I only lasted 15 minutes, but I will be back tomorrow!
