Longer holds, hip opening and heart opening poses and a short breathing practice will help to cool you down. With Setu Bandha Sarvangasana, Parivartanasana, Samavrtti pranayama, a guided Savasana and more.

Sandra, thank you so much. This was a perfect class for me, one I shall return to often. I am currently facing a trigeminus inflammation and yoga seemed so far away…this class was soothing and calming to the heat inside and all the clouds of worry which I am facing. Thank you for a moment of groundedness. I was wondering whether you have ever considered teaching Yin yoga? It would be so lovely. Your guidance is very encouraging while at the same time leaving space for silence - which is so appreciated. Namasté.
