A general, soothing Hatha yoga practice incorporating mindfulness, Pranayama and tuning in before and after practice to listen to the intelligence of the body in order to inform your practice and your responses. Gently waking up and touching each area, this is the perfect practice to do in the morning when you have more time, or in the evening. Have a couple of blocks, a belt and a cushion or bolster to hand.

I am so grateful to you Nichi for this practice. It’s just what I needs!! As. I get older its more important to listen what my body can do in every practice as I listen to your advice. Dear Nichi, doing less is doing more...this is what my new teacher at the studio says....she is quite right...this practice goes into deepness and very clear cues to feel the differences between doing and feeling. Thank you for this wonderful practice with the nuances of the words that make all the difference how to enter in the pose instead of doing the pose. Namaste!

Thanks so much for this Nichi. It was the perfect class for how I was feeling (menopausal fatigue, messy head...) and - wow - what a difference! I knew as I was doing it it was feeling like the right thing to do and your words of wisdom at the end confirmed it. Being able to recognise what our body needs at different times is so important, especially if our mind is telling us to do strong yoga or no yoga at all. This is what i needed today and I feel so much better for it. Thank you.
