A lovely, juicy, short practice, which is mostly done on the back, guides you through some gentle movements that will help you to enjoy space and mobility in the hips. Have a resistance band or belt and maybe a couple of blocks to hand.

Great class. The yoga belt did not work for me .... No resistance band so I used a pair of tights.

Nahid...this was indeed a really nice practice and my hips are very grateful! A question...I noticed that for the first sequence you started working the right hip and your left leg remained in the floor. But when you changed legs and you started to work the left hip, your right leg was bent. Any reason for this? I actually worked both hips the same way. I am just curious. I really like the use of blocks on the pigeon pose, it made a huge difference. Thank you!
