Let go of structure and drop into sensation in this short but powerful practice of organic movement. With breath as your compass and feeling as your guide, we'll move gently and continuously through bends, spirals, stretches, and strengthening shapes – awakening circulation, softening stagnation, and letting life essence, Chi, move through you.
We’ll move the spine in all directions, roll through the hips, mobilise the shoulders, activate the belly, and feel into the strength and grounding of the legs. In some poses, we might linger – but always with movement: rolling, swaying, circling – until the body says, “Yes, now I can let go.”
This practice is both gentle and invigorating, helping to stimulate blood and lymph flow, support detoxification, and encourage the free movement of Chi, your vital life force. Discover new pathways of ease, release emotional or physical tension, and come out feeling more alive, light, and connected! A perfect practice for when your energy is stuck or low, when you crave movement without intensity, or when you want to tune in to what your body truly needs.
