In this class I share my inspiration behind my own self practice. I encourage you to come off the mat and step into a place of nature, or if not possible, then use music as medium to enter into the space behind your skin. We will go on a journey together and explore how easy it is to make up your own sequences using a simple Sun Salute, and invite creativity to flow through your body. Come join me and open up new pathways through which to enjoy your amazing body.

Thank you Helen, for this version of surya namaskar. I was very much ghastly with the movement of my arms at the end of each extension. the circular movements to sit in gomukasana are excellent for all the mobility of the body and for the brain. Super. Namaste

Golly. Thank you sooooooo much. I cant believe how such a short class could contain so much. I have never been able to move from downward dog to a lunge before without physically moving my leg forward but that is just a fraction of how this class helped me. Truly amazing but impossible to describe why!

Hi Helen, I have just practised this class again after a long while. Was finding it hard to get into a lunge from downward dog again and then remembered your leg wobble technique! Took me a while to find the class but then I did - so much easier than trying the traditional way. I just need more space for my leg to fit(!) and the leg wobble and hands moving forward tips work perfectly. Thank you again - I love your creative and different ways of moving in yoga..

A really great class with so many good ideas. The leg wobble and moving hands forward a game changer for me, as have always found there was never enough space to transition from downward dog to a lunge as my arms are always in the way! Also going into downward dog by letting the heels drop first is an excellent tip. Thank you, Helen.
