Child's pose is a common pose in many yoga classes and is often spoken of as a place to relax. For some of us, however, it might not be that comfortable at all. In this tutorial, we'll explore the many possible variations and modifications you can use to make Child's pose work for your body, so that you'll be equipped with the knowledge to support yourself and make this pose as pleasant and safe as possible.
