A dynamic class that involves general mobilisation teamed with breath to circulate life force. Then, some pushups and animal flow movements to get the blood pumping! We will practice getting up and get down off the floor to stay strong and finish up with some rounds of Breath of Fire to concentrate the mind in the present... free from the past and the future.
