A dynamic class that involves general mobilisation teamed with breath to circulate life force. Then, some pushups and animal flow movements to get the blood pumping! We will practice getting up and get down off the floor to stay strong and finish up with some rounds of Breath of Fire to concentrate the mind in the present... free from the past and the future.

While a leve 2-3 has screams NO to me, you had me at self limiting beliefs. I am well aware of my limitations, real and imagined so this has my name written all over it. You have mentioned in some classes that as i am practicing in the secrecy of my own home no one but me will know of my failures. In a mere 30 minutes i got to meet limitations, the real ones that usually leads to a strong conviction of "I can not", as well as breaking free from them. All in all I did well above my own expectations and on a day that was already put down as a good one, this added even more joy. Yay for me! ...and for you, for creating a real tonic of a class

I was trying to break free of the winter lurgy, it was probably a step to far, I bent my toe back on the walk through! Something to aspire to though, I love your style though David and your classes always lift my spirits. First queston to ask, to break free.... IS IT TRUE???

Dear David, Thank you for this wonderful class. I'm nearly 4 months postpartum and this practice is still very difficult for me. I need to rebuild my entire core and pelvic floor muscles. The interesting thing is that my other 2 kids (5 years old and 8 years old) decided to join me today and you! They have practice the all sequence and it was so funny and cool to see them doing so much effort. They speak only German and Italian so it was extra challenging for them. Namaste, Francesca.

Thank you David for a dynamic and yes sweaty class! Perfect January offering. I have to watch my wrists and use handles for my class, so some of the movements were quite acrobatic, but with a few wobbles still great fun. Interestingly enough, the movements I found most challenging on the short side of the mat were eminently doable on the long side. Always enjoyable with your music-related commentary and signature warm up. Gratitude.
