I loved this practice so much! It was my first level 2 class and great to see how far I've come over the last few years (and where I still have room to grow). I was able to hold most of the poses with strength - apart from a good case of the shakes / wobbles with the final warrior! I look forward to being stronger and deepening the stretch. The spiritual aspect was also wonderful. Thank you Esther for your guidance! Namaste xo

Challenges seem to be in great abundance at all times. I have suffered from it to a point where there were no other option but to change or "drown". Realizing intellectually that I have a choice as to how I respond to whatever reality presents I decided to change my way of dealing. Practice makes, if not perfect, then certainly better. We all change our minds all the time and I chose to change mine into one that relaxes in the midst of stress. Perhaps one day nothing stresses me to a point of even short blasts of despair, but quite frankly I hope not. The human experience is to feel, is our emotions. I would not want to be without them but neither do I want to suffer from them. Softness in challenge, separating hard work and relaxation even when this appears simultaneously has brought very useful clarity of mind, peace of heart and lots and lots of physical strength! Letting go of tension and effort which I (and so many others I think) confuse with strength opens for all the energy we need at any given time. Super useful on and off the mat, especially off the mat, after all I usually only stay for 30-60 or 90 minutes ON the mat during the day.... A wonderful class, the match between instructions, philosophy and physical effort is perfect, well, no surprise there! Thank you Esther and Sandra, you made (a very good start to) my day!

Wow Anne! I love this approach to life. I am working on adopting this philosophy in everything...consciously. Choosing the relaxed approach for everything and still maintaining integrity/hard work is a challenge for me. Thanks for these words.

I love the addition of "Spiritual theme" as a specific use. Unless it was there before and I somehow missed it. I don't think so though because I've had many days where I thought to myself that I wanted to do a class that had that focus. Can't wait to do this practice. :) Just have to set up.

And I haven't experienced any difficulties with other videos other than my video being interrupted and pausing intermittently because of our bad internet signal here in West Cork!

This has been a wonderful practice...until about 35 minutes into the class when the sound was lost... Has anyone else encountered this problem? I've been experiencing it with practically every video lately which obviously makes practice impossible..:(

Hi Ela, Are you using Firefox by any chance? They have a compatibility issue with our player. Try using the flash option on the Firefox browser (bottom left of video player) or better yet.. use Chrome or Safari. Our videos play best on those browsers.
