I came up with this sequence after climbing a mountain and experiencing stiffness in my hips, legs, calves and feet afterward. This class releases tension in the quads, hamstrings, outer hips and lower back and is wonderful for the feet and calves. I felt a lovely relief and release; I hope you will too!

My hips weren’t aching from hiking -just too much sitting but this practice helped either way. I like the fact that I’m a external rotator too so generally when you turn your toes out, I’m right there with you, thank you for always making us awareness of what’s good for our body!

Hi Esther, Thank you for this class. I realize my quads have tensions...do you suggest any other class that works particularly on that? You few times mentionned to relax the jaws while working on hips. Is there any relation between the two? Hope you enjoy your retreat in the desert. Love Barbara
