This short, focused class is all about releasing tension from the hips using slow, mindful movements and grounding, supportive holds. We’ll gently ease into the hips with flowing motions to create mobility and warmth, then settle into longer, supported stretches to encourage deep release and relaxation.
Props: two blocks, a bolster and a blanket.

Good way to start the day with this 'after' a bitty week of getting things done - particularly felt relief in the 90ºangle resting each side on bolster pose. Good to see where holding tension are and take time for it to settle. Think this would be good in evening too. Thank you
