Class builds up towards coming up to Sirshasana and variations. Sirshasana with straight legs, Sirshasana II (Tripod) Hanumanasana in Sirshasana, Parivrtta Pada Sirshasana.

Enjoyed this class especially the calm pace. Even though I find the headstands challenging it encouraged me to go slowly with it. Won't attempt the second version for some time though. Thanks
