Something we all need; a little encouragement for our bodies to produce happy, feel-good hormones! In this class you'll get some practice to do just that, and some of it you can also take off your mat. This is a feel-good class that you can do any time of the day. It includes some nice, gentle poses and ends with a dynamic meditation to boost your day. With Sacral roll, Thread the Needle, Supported Bridge variation, Sleeping Pigeon Twist and more.

Thank you for this marvelous class, Sandra! What serendipity! Right before coming upon this class, I was reading that the facial muscles involved in smiling activate tiny molecules in the brain that ward off stress, and that smiling does indeed allow the brain to release endorphins, dopamine and serotonin. Hi Irina, ooh that dark chocolate... ! As far as diet, I am a keto and fasting coach. Temporary green + vegetarian keto can do wonderful things for perimenopausal symptoms!
