What a great class, thank you Tashi. At first I was not sure if it would be too strong for me but the class is a lot of fun and your guidance is so wonderful. I am getting into handstands and this practice has already helped me a lot. I will definitely repeat it again and again and again :-) Namaste

Great class, Tashi. I am definitely not ready to come away from the wall in the full handstand but I did enjoy the process.......and found I gained balance more easily as we progressed. Thanks for all the super instructions and reminders to release in between the tougher parts. I have been doing your 'Flow and Float' session also, which really helped me understand the need to get the 'butt' over the 'shoulders' ..... :-) :-) :-) which is rather crucial for getting upside down and actually staying there! Watching you is always an inspiration, though, and I did find it all great fun. Namaste, Cathy XXX

Hey there Cathy, Thank you so much for joining me and trusting the process. The biggest shifts in ability usually come when we just feel playful and enjoy the sense of balance vs off balance. It's just so fun to be upside down isn't it!? thanks for letting me know you're joining the classes, keep me in touch with your progress x

Hi Tashi, Thank you for the clear instructions and tips! I took the Class yesterday and practiced Today a different class, and I noticed my jump fronts improved. Also I tried the falling over, a Little Moment of aaaahhh in my head, but in the end I just Fell over :) . No injuries.
