Look mum, no hands! This is a great class if you have wrist issues and don't want to put your hands on the floor. Lots of slow moving, dynamic balancing movements standing on one leg will challenge your lower limb strength and flexibility. Flow through the balances, then follow with some rhythmic fluidity and Humble Warriors. Try to hold your balance... or at least style it out if you wobble!

What a wonderful flow! I love standing balances and especially these creative ones. I managed them all, but fell to one side when I moved in figure-4 on the floor ;-) You should add the tag wristfriendly - I know I'm repeating myself, but it helps finding the right classes when my wrists are acting up again.

That was very lovely! Interesting balances - I surprised myself by not only managing them, (ish), but really enjoying them! Great floor stretches at the end.
