Hi Nichi and Alex! Such a treat- wow :) -thank you both so much. Beautiful class. Feeling awake, alive, and grounded. The music through out and particularly the rippling sound Alex played for savasana was so touching, so moving. Really took the flow to a magical level. Again, thanks to you both. a bit wrist heavy for me in the beginning, but totally worth it! loved the pace and the possibility to make everything feel more easy thanks to the music. and what a nice stretch combination! would love to repeat. but then you guys bring up more and more great videos to explore, so repeating becomes difficult :-)

Wow! Nichi, your classes are always special but I just didn't want this one to end. It's Friday evening where I am (Melbourne) and this class was the perfect cure for a long working week. I can't wait to practise with you and Alex again tomorrow morning. And a big thank you to Alex and everyone at Ekhart Yoga for bringing such magic into our lives.
