Hi Joey, that was altogether amazing !!! I couldn't manage the whole in one go, so I took it in stages and had to scrabble here and there to get from one pose to another. Still, I was surprised I managed most of the binds alto' I took sirsasana with the wall at my back :-). I am looking forward to building up some stamina by including ashtanga classes in my weekly schedule! Loved the Yoga Taravali mantra......!

Yes, I have understood this and I am hoping to do this class at least once a week......I seem to be leaning towards ashtanga at the moment :-) which is a bit of a surprise to me! Thanks Joey.........ॐ.........I'll be looking forward to future videos.

It is a scrabble in the beginning, but in time with practice you'll be able to do it smoothly. (It helps when you know what comes next and lock it in the memory!)

Wow, I got left without breath! Ha ha ha, couldn't do the whole thing as you did but I manage to modify, question once you have reached a more flexible level, should you have your front knee bended on triangle pose or keep it straight? Good kick azsz class! PS background sounds on the studio while on shavana sux! ॐ

Thanks man! Also tell me how you manage to float like that, you need to do a little clinic and call it “floating through clouds” I can pass my legs to the front but no backwards, you need to tell us your secret! ha ha ha! cheers! ॐ

Joey, this video among others has been keeping me going through this late summer and fall during my mum's illness and death. I think I cannot do it without daily practice, sometimes very short sequence and couple of times Ashtanga with you.... I was told in a yoga class that "real yoga" is not about exercising with video, but I think I feel it very differently right now as I have little time and I am not really ready for live yoga class or exercising by myself yet. Thank you and other Ekhardt yoga teachers for making this bearable, possible and hopefully soon again with some kind of joy.....
