As requested, here is a very short session you can do before or after a running session. You will stretch and open your legs, hips and back, also you will be given tips for your knees. Enjoy!

Thank you for this! Very interesting to do a yin-style class after a run... I found that initial hip stretch very challenging, mentally much more than physically!

Did this about an hour after a 5 mile run. My psoas was on fire (in the best way) during that first stretch. Lovely - thank you Jose!

Dear all, for those who want to add a calf stretch try down dog, or place block under ball of your toes stand up but keep heels on the floor, for balance hold the wall. Good luck!

Thanks José for a lovely strech, I did it before running, it was mellow I like it, the only thing missing to me would be add the calves too, so I will try this better for after running. Pretty mellow session ❤️

I don’t use to run, but today I have only short time for yoga training so i chose this combination that resulta really well also to keep calm when you have a Lot of things to do and go out of your Daily routine. Simply delicious this was of breathing. Namaste
