Great class, thanks James. I have recently developed chronic fatigue syndrome. I am in my fifties and have been doing yoga regularly all my adult life. With the development of CFS I find I am having to approach yoga very differently; very slowly and very carefully.

Fantastic! I am 70 and still very active physically. This is one of the few classes that I have done which removes all the stiffness and soreness in my back. By the end of the class, my lower back feels like it did 30 years ago!
