This class will help you to move and get energy unstuck so you will be able to meditate, start your day, or do anything that you need to do in a relaxed and grounded way. Breath work, hip openers, hamstring stretches and fluid movement will help you to get more into your body. The forward bends and restorative pose at the end will settle the energy so you can step into the next part of your day with ease and joy! With Balasana, Prasarita Padottanasana, Skandasana, Paschimottanasana and more. You'll need a blanket for this class and, if you have tighter hamstrings, 2 blocks.

Goodmorning, what a lovely class to start an early Sundaymorning. I did experience some lower back uneasiness with the last movement of the towel around the ankles as if my lower spine was arched a little too much so I left the towel out. Namaste thank you <3

Hi Jacomine, yes, you can always skip the towel around the ankles and maybe also experiment with placing a pillow underneath your back and see if that helps anything? Just see what feels best :) Love 💕

I really enjoyed this class. Thank you. Funny thing happened though-my dog got my singing bowl mallet during the practice and I was so tuned in I didn't realize she had chewed it up until class was over!!!!

Thanks Sandra for this profound class with such amazing detailed cues that help to feel safe without doubt about whether I am doing it right or not. I was able to release tension. Especially the to stretch the ball of my big foot strangely helped me to relax my jaw because I had to laugh really hard :)

Good Morning Sandra, nice way to start my week! I have the image of the almond doing this class...as I eat an almond, it is crunchy and I can say good. As I soak the almond in water for some hours...the almond became crisp and tender and release nutrients. The almond gets delicious!!! This is what I feel with your class....Time to "soak" in postures and to release all the benefits. Thank you for your guidance. Namaste!
