Join me for a 45-minute, floor-based, Somatics-inspired yoga practice, where we will explore fluid movements designed to melt away stress and encourage a deep connection with the earth beneath you. With gentle movement patterns aimed at releasing tension from the chest, neck and shoulders, you will cultivate a greater sense of ease in your entire body. This class is suitable for all levels inviting exploration and self-expression.
Please wear warm clothes, as the session is primarily floor-based and closes with a guided relaxation in stillness.
