This gentle, prenatal flow class gives you a full body general practice with a focus on gentle movements and stretches. This will help you connect with your body and with your baby, and feel open, energised and relaxed.

If you’ve never done yoga before, please consult your doctor or healthcare practitioner before doing so. Always listen to your body and stop if something doesn’t feel right.
