In this class we focus on the rhythm of the breath to guide you through a mindful flow of poses, including slow Sun Salutations and standing poses. This also helps you to be fully attentive and present and results in a feeling of energy, vitality and relaxation. This is a nice practice to do at the end of the day to ground your energy.
