Straight in to favourites, you packed so much in, thank you for this awesome functional and FUN class! I thought you scaled up movements really clearly. Sometimes you drop some interesting thoughts, I would love a longer guided Savasana at the end of your classes, to hear more of your yogic philosophy :)

Tashi I loved this class. This is so creative and skillfully balanced with strength, complexity, and softness. I will definitely repeat this class regularly. I love the concept of future-proof strength and mobility.

Thank you for your creativity Tashi. This session included many poses my body has not done before. Absolutely LOVE. I managed to do most! At 20:00 - 20:30 some more instruction would be appreciated as you burst through some complex movements very quickly - hard to follow. You reminded me of the importance in LIFE of breaking ground, not doing what's already been done.

What can I say Tashi, that was amazing. Not easy or pretty. Just what I am needing at this time in my life as I am conscious of retaining my strength and bone density. Please may we have more of these??

Future proofing, well, that is me! At the age of 63 and crawling my way back from yet another low point, the idea of preparing for the future is definitely top of my list, right along side managing the present. Trying out classes a little over my expected level is a good thing as it often highlights what would be good to work on. I am happy to report that my joints seem fine, but my muscles cold to with some "help". Interesting class and perspective.

It is demanding, but very managable. even for someone like me with a love-hate relationship of everything to do with hips :) so thank you for this really fun class! I feel so strong and capable :)
