Different ways to approach Warrior III (Virabhadrasana III) varying from Utkatasana, Virabhadrasana I and Tadasana. All this to end the practice with a couple of inversions, putting into practice everything you learned from Warrior III but taking it upside down.
Props needed: blankets, 2 blocks and a belt.

Hi Adela, many thanks for this great practice! I find that height transforms both halasana and sarvangasana for me......making them both more accessible poses as well as more comfortable and enjoyable. Loved the opportunity to work on Warrior III :-) Namaste, Catherine

There was value and challenge going into Warrior III different ways. The time flew, and I was delighted by the low-key surprises I encountered in this practice, including the variation of Savasana. Namaste, Adela.

I liked the video a lot until there came a handstand out of the blue, too hard for me - so had to switch to another video for my morning practice. I love the rest of your videos Adela! : )

I liked using the mats to gain height\space for halasana but I don’t like the use of the belt around the arms far too restrictive for me.
