No props? No problem! This full body practice uses only your bodyweight to build strength, stability, and flexibility. With dynamic movements and precise alignment cues, you will effectively activate your core, switch on all your arm and leg muscles and connect to your breath. Expect exercises like The One Hundred, the Roll Over, the Saw and side lying glutes activations, for a deeply satisfying and balanced practice.

I have done this class over and over as it is one of my favourites - thank you again Vanessa. But I do have a question. I get a bit confused about when one should "imprint" your lower back into the floor and when one should have a little gap/neutral spine. E.g., near the end of the class in the preparation for the rollover when lowering your legs slightly to load your core - should the back be in neutral or should it be "tucked under"? If you see this message and have any guidance on this point it would be most gratefully appreciated. And thank you again for your wonderfully spacious and gentle approach to teaching.

Thanks Donna! yes, toe cramps are a nightmare at first, but I have to say my students usually feel better after some practice (and may be foot massage as a preparation or cool down). xx
