Muscle tissues can stiffen for many reasons... Whatever the reason may be, it's important to keep our joints and big tissues healthy and fluid. This practice begins lying on the back to move around without body weight on our hips and spine. Then, we will stand and practice a gentle flow focusing on moving fluidly and bringing softness to our tissues like an internal massage. This class moves from lying to standing poses and finishes with mobilising our head, neck and shoulders.
