In this session you will stretch and release tensions of the whole back part of your body including spine, hamstrings and calf muscles. You will also stimulate your inner thighs (both areas being the Urinary Bladder and Kidney pathways). Great session to balance out these energies and to free any emotional disbalance.

Lovely class for the end of a stressful day at work while the snow falls. :-) The guided breathing with the blue and red lights moving up and down the spine was amazingly wonderful - definitely something I will come back to in order to calm my 'monkey' mind!

Hi just a question does this also target the female reproductive tract meridians ? Also is there such a thing as reproductive tract meridians?

Dear Anita, yes you are right it also targets the governor and conception vessel meridians, which assist the reproductive organs.

This was simply amazing and with the very powerfully crafted instruction I was able to move more into snail pose than ever before and your wonderful instruction about the after effect and breathing through sensations was simply perfect. Thank you so much for your every class. Your way of teaching has changed the way I practice forever, I don't know how but your classes somehow teach self love and admiration of female energy so much. About this class, I am truly surprised by the effect. I always get lower back pain and urinary inflammation simultaneously, and that's the first class that changed something in my sensation in both these areas. I will do it more regularly and observe the evolution. Thanks a million times Josè!

Thank you for this wonderful class with very clear instructions and options. At first I was like 'I don't need this circle of light meditative breathing, I'm here', but at the end of 'frog' I was happy to be able to return to it in order to handle my rising irritated sensations and remain calm in the pose ;)
