This yin yoga class works on the spleen / stomach meridian. We hold every pose for 3 minutes. The focus will be on calming down the mind. Observing the mind and bringing the mind to rest with the combination of internal focus and the different yoga poses. You'll feel clearer and more free when finished.

I decided to finally take the time and do yoga that may help my anxiety. My hips are hurting and pinching a bit, but my mind is much calmer than before. Thank you.

Namaste Esther! I loved this class.....it was so relaxing.....during Shavasana....while I was allowing many thoughts in my mind, i drifted off to a brief sleep and only woke up to your voice and did not remember what I was thinking about... is that fine? Regards, Ekta

Dear Esther, I have discovered Yin Yoga with you and I am really grateful for this. You have helped me a lot in many ways. There is one thing that I need to tell though ... I find that during your classes, you could really talk much less, that would help (at least me) to be more focused on what's happenning in the body and mind. Instead, the talking induces too much distraction that I cannot be with anymore. Sorry if that sounds offensive. Thank you for all you have taught me.

thanks esther these yin yogas classes have been helping me recover from a sciatica si joint injury from this past ski season in lake tahoe. My thigh bone and hips are feeling much more open and long

Loved this class just what I needed after a frustrating day. This freedom series is brilliant! I've enjoyed all the classes so far, all very different but all so centering.
