We explore the yoga sutra "Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodha". Which means the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind. On a physical level we explore this through balancing poses and the focus we need to practice these poses with an effortless effort.

I loved this class.. all these freedom series seem to have a positive affection on me.. i don't know if my english is correct,all i want to say is that i feel for the first time what yoga is doing for me..( i started about a year ago).So.. thank you..

You can tell yourself your are cool, calm and collected but standing on one leg you will soon find out if it is really so :-) Will repeat! :-)

Delicious leg sequences here. I've been really enjoying the Freedom series. My hips are beginning to open and finally help my shoulders enable better posture. I'm breastfeeding and find (no, I downright 'know' having done this before) that the upper back suffers, so any bit of strength combined with heat work is lovely. Thank you for putting these together, Esther.

Such a soothing class. I was jumpy all week and now I feel stable, calm, grounded, yet light and nicely energized. I really do like your Freedom Series... It opens the mind and makes my Yoga practice somehow lighter and richer. Great!

Thank you Esther, for this this class. I am a beginner yogi, started seriously in October 2013, all these balancing poses has been very challenging for me, I am so happy today I manage all the poses. I did not have the possibilty to do the yoga retreat this week-end, but I really looking forward doing it as soon as possible. Tank you again for what you and your team are doing, it's really great.
