Thanks, Esther, for this great class. I loved the moments of stillness during this yoga session. Often there is a lot of talk during yoga classes, which is also inspiring and useful. But sometimes I wished for my practise more of this stillness to concentrate better to my body, breathing and the relaxation during holding the poses. What about a new program with yoga classes, which focus especially on stillness? This would be great. Bye and thanks for all the work you do for us. Sibylle

Really works well! Gentle but very effective, Nice meditation at the end. I’ve incorporated several of the moves into my daily practice, and I really feel a difference in my back and hips.
