I've had lots of requests for more neck and shoulder release classes so if you asked, this is for you! Taking into account how our wrists are affected by what happens in our neck, this class takes you through a series to fully free up the connections between the neck and shoulders, down the arms, and into the wrists and hands. It could just change the way you practice!
You will need a towel and block.

That was amazing Julie, thank you so much. Perhaps you have already done a class like this, but do you have any good tips for heel pain? And even more classes on strengthening the shoulders and serratus would be great, like maybe a whole week’s programme so we could work through different bits every day and come out the other end feeling amazing, which is the effect your classes have on me :-) Thank you again.

That was informative, Julie! I'm still feeling the effects right after class, I definitely wanted to explore and feel these areas so looking forward to using this knowledge in my next classes with downward dog and overall! My neck and shoulders feels so much more relaxed, the stretches were great, and my head feels placed better! You are so right about the effects of looking down at our phones, and this will help! Your classes always seem to come at just the right time Julie! I’ve been having right neck pain the last few days and could definitely feel it when moving my neck around during the class but by the end there was a lovely warm feeling on that side and it feels so much better. It made me realize that tight shoulders had a lot to do with it, they were especially tight lying down on our front with the elbow at 45 degrees, I could barely get my leg behind me whereas when the arm is straight, I have no problem. Definitely one I will be returning to. Thank you!
