love the concentration required which quietens and strengthens the mind as well as the body. I have balance, eye and inner ear difficulties arising from an infection which damaged my nervous system, so classes that challenge and support balance (the instruction to focus energy on the core before lifting the leg was usesful) are particularly helpful, at the moment.
