Your upper body gets a workout as Raghu takes you through a 30 minute class with the first 20 minutes flowing strong and peppered with inversions to keep things spicy and challenging. Don't sweat it though-Raghu breaks it down for all levels and shows you how to pull back or turn it up according to your ability. This is a great energizing class!

I usually take level 1-2 classes, but today I felt like challenging myself and I'm quite happy. I mean I feel like I just came out from a washing machine, and I missed some stuff here and there because I was totally out of breath or crumbling to the floor when my limbs gave up, but it was still fun! I think I'll stay on this class for a while to try and give my body a chance to blossom. :) Thank you very much!

Thanks to your hops I have improved my handstand overtime and I feel more confident, you re my best lunch practise! But not daily otherwise my wrist are becoming sensitive! Thanks raghunah!
